Reimer Bros. Trucking Ltd.
When Joel Reimer, of Reimer Bros. Trucking Ltd. was consulting with his flooring dealer about a suitable flooring product for their new office, rubber flooring wasn’t a solution they had considered. However, it didn’t take long for the acoustic qualities, ease of rolling chairs and the color options to catch their attention.
Springbank Park for All Seasons
The relationship between Springbank Park and Dinoflex when the facility was looking for a flooring surface that was durable, long lasting and skate resistant for its two ice arenas and lobby area. The management at Springbank were so pleased with the initial product performance that Dinoflex recycled rubber tiles continued to be their first choice for flooring.
Canada Revenue Agency
For the Canada Revenue Agency building in Belleville, Ontario the focus was on creating a space that allowed views to the outside, creating flexible and private work spaces while offering easy maintenance and comfort. With this in mind, Dinoflex’s Evolution recycled rubber flooring was chosen for over 48,000 square feet of the building.
BC Hydro Horne Payne Building
Designed with long term efficiency in mind, the Horne Payne Building incorporates many green attributes including both solar hot water and photovoltaic panels. BC Hydro was familiar with Dinoflex flooring, having worked with our products in previous projects, knew that the durability and ease of maintenance of Evolution flooring was perfectly suited to this high traffic facility.
Creating People Space
Bay Resource Group wanted to transform 6000 square feet of underutilized roof area into additional amenity space for the residents of a six story, condominium complex in Ballard, Washington. The residents were looking for a useable, outdoor living space for relaxation, recreation and social gatherings. The solution was to install Dinoflex’s interlocking tiles.
The Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Building Technologies and Renewable Energy Conservation
Dinoflex recycled rubber flooring can be found in one of Canada’s most environmentally responsible and sustainable facilities. The Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Building Technologies and Renewable Energy Conservation, located at the Penticton campus of Okanagan College, was designed and built to target the strict guidelines of the Living Building Challenge.
York Hospital
Anticipating the arrival of Spring, the Engineering Department at York Hospital in Pennsylvania prepared to replace the rotting wood chips in the hospital’s playground. Fred Way, the Head of Engineering, decided it was a good opportunity to consider alternative surface materials to address the costly annual maintenance, as well as the safety issues they had been experiencing.
Kelowna Christian School
Kelowna Christian School needed a multi-use surface that could accommodate a lot of traffic and moving furniture. Not only did this flooring need to be easy to maintain it would have to be repeatable for use in future projects and renovations that might expand on the existing floor. Dinoflex’s ability to customize colors, even 10 years down the road, was the ideal solution.
It’s a great product – durable, sustainable, easy to maintain and attractive. The installation in my office has become a great way of convincing my clients to use the products.
